Stablecoin Standard Appoints Oliver Madden As Head of Membership & Education
LONDON – August 27, 2025 – Stablecoin Standard (“SCS”), the global industry body for stablecoins, today announced the appointment of Oliver Madden as Head of Membership & Education. Madden will also play a key role in SCS marketing and events initiatives with the goal of bolstering the SCS ecosystem.
Madden brings a wealth of experience from the payments and crypto sector, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and fostering strong client engagement for both financial institutions and industry associations. Madden started his career in finance with tenures at Santander and RBC and currently serves as Executive Director & Head of Customer Success at BCB Group, where he has worked for the past three years. Madden has also held senior positions within ACI Financial Markets Association for a decade, most notably as Chair of the Global Board of Education and also UK national association President for four years.

In his new role, Madden will be instrumental in strengthening the SCS member network and expanding our educational offerings outside of the regular webinars and policy blogs currently offered. Through these initiatives, Madden will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of stablecoin payment standards and expanding SCS’s impact across the global financial ecosystem.
